  Oh God where to start. After dealing with 5 different lenders on something as basic as advice, we met Sally by sheer chance. Sally explained so much as to why we weren't getting anywhere, we decided right then to work with her from now on. That was 2 years ago, 540 credit score, $0 money saved and no hope. At Sally's advice we found ourselves later sitting with 745 actual home credit score, $8k in savings and mega excitement. She walked us step by step from day one with our credit cards, accounts and purchases. We were thinking a 5 year goal but Sally Serna got us to our goal within 2. Before we even realized it, we were ready to purchase our first home. We're so impressed that we're now advising our 20 yr old daughter to start working with Sally now and she can have her sitting sweet in her own home or rental property within a few years or less. Think bank, prime source funding, and 3 other lenders gave the worst advice and just wanted the sale. Sally Serna and The Loan Depot team treated us like family.
