  I was fortunate enough to have Matt Robinson as my loan officer. Matt provided outstanding customer service from the first conversation through closing. Matt was forthcoming with what he had the ability to offer and what I qualified for. He continuously followed up to advise on what was needed from me and even let me know when there was no significant advancements but wanted to ensure I knew where everything was in the process. While refinancing is a stressful process, Matt made the process as easy as possible and I never was left wondering where the process was or when closing would be. Matt is a true professional and I highly recommend working with him and Primeline. He is a great representative for this company.

  They made an involved process go smoothly and relatively easy. Our representative Kosta, along with John,treated us with a tremendous amount of consideration and was always responsive with answering our questions from start to finish.   I highly recommend working with Gary Thompson from Primeline Capital. Gary helped us every step of the way through our refinance. He took the time to ensure we understood every step of the process and worked to get us a great rate and terms that best fit our needs. Gary was always available and worked above and beyond (even when he should have been enjoying his evening or weekend) so that our refi went off without a hitch!

  Highly recommend Matt Robinson if you need to buy or refinance. This man is golden! Quick, responsive, and very professional. I still can’t believe we closed in less than a month. He always made sure I knew what to expect next and kept me informed every step of the way. I don’t typically write reviews or like to recommend people but our experience was so incredible I had to share it.

  My loan agent worked with me to get everything set up quickly and helped me understand how points affected the rate I got. The rate was competitive with other lenders and they used an online service for most things that allowed us to close exactly 14 days after the initial call. Refinanced and cut my rate - very happy.

  I worked with Elizabeth and Marques on purchasing my new townhouse - they were great!   PrimeLine did an excellent job explaining the process and running the different financial numbers for us. Very knowledgeable and honest.
