  Went to go cash a personal check written from my employer and they gave me the hardest time trying to cash the check. It’s as if they thought I stole it or something. I personally feel like I was racially profiled. And I gave them my license and he still asked for my social, which I found odd. I never had a bank do that before when I was cashing a check at their bank. I would not recommend this bank. His excuse for making me go through all of this was because the “check style” changed and he claimed he got an alert. Now I see why there rating is so low. There are so many other banks to bank with that won’t give you the run around. Horrible experience.

  Super fast and friendly service. I like that you deal with bankers and not standing in line for a teller. Not to insult tellers but often times they say they can't help with whatever your issue is and you have to wait again for a banker. This branch seems more personal and friendly.

  Well usbank bought out aaa credit card. And let me tell you this bank doesn't know it's head from a hole in the ground. The only thing they do is transfer you and ultimately in the end absolutely nothing gets accomplished and you end up back at square 1. 4 calls later and no resolution. When you try to get an address they all say there is no physical address????? Ummm my head is still spinning like poltergeist trying to figure out what is going on with these people.

  We just moved to Charlotte from Minneapolis, Recently I had a chance to check out the Charlotte branch, and I have to say it was the best experience yet. US Bank has great people no matter the location, but I have to say the Branch Manager down here in Charlotte is beyond special! I have been with US Bank for 24 years, and there is no doubt I will stick with them for many, many more years. Just Awesome!!

  If you go here ask for Denean, Tekoa, or Shane! They are amazing!!! So professional, helpful and so kind!!! They made my experience such a pleasant process! Truly appreciate patient and kind bankers.

  No drive through, no parking, had to wait in the doorway for over an hour to get a cashiers check and some cash. Also they apparently don't have over $5k in 100 dollar bills on hand, which just seems ridiculous! Isn't a bank supposed to have money?

Also, for security reasons, only a certain amount of cash is held within a branch at any one time and an order is made each week to anticipate the amount of cash our customers may request. If you are needing to withdraw a large amount in cash at any time, it's best to call the branch at least a week a head of time, to ensure they can have the amount you will need available.   Coming from St.Paul, MN, I've been banking with US Bank for decades and am so happy they have a physical presence in Charlotte, NC!
