  We had an outstanding experience refinancing our home and transitioning our banking to Prime Bank. Nick was excellent in the initial consultation and responded promptly with various money saving opportunities with rate and time considerations. Jen was great to work with through the rest of the process. Her professional and timely communication made the entire experience extremely manageable. If you are new to Sioux City or dissatisfied with your current bank I would give the Prime experience my highest recommendation.
