  I have been banking at the Swan Drive location for many years. I enjoy the staff because they are very courtesy and provide professionalism at the highest quality. What keeps me coming back, is that they are never to busy to answer your questions.

  Prime Financial Credit Union always provides information about accounts and financial questions that may be silly to some. Expertise and professionalism has been a signature of doing business with them. Response time has always been within a reasonable time frame.

  Terrible customer service. Their answers to questions are non-existent. The call center rep shouldn't be the one answering detailed questions about my account ESPECIALLY because they dont have access to anything. wth

Please call us at 414.486.4500 and ask to schedule an appointment with your local branch manager. They can help you over-the-phone or in-person, if you prefer.

  Love this credit union.. Their kind, respectful, punctual.. Extremely helpful.. been a customer since 2007.. No complaints.. Terina.. the branch manager is very kind and helpful.. LOVE YOU TERINA AND STAFF.. 💖.. THIS IS for the PPL THAT THINK THEY CAN DO WALK INNS AT THE LAST MINUTE... IF YOU THINK THAT 4:35.. IS A APPROPRIATE TIME... NO IT'S NOT.. TRY WEARING THOSE SHOES.. AND FOR A ATM MACHINE.. IF YOU KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT PRIME FINANCIAL.. THEY'VE NOT EVER HAD A ATM OF THEIR OWN.. THE CONVENIENCE IS THAT IT'S A MASTER CARD THAT CAN BE USED ANYWHERE TO WITHDRAW MONEY'S.. A DOLLAR AT DOLLAR TREE..

  Rude people, who don't know how to answer a telephone politely. They never get my taxes paid for my mortgage and are pretty awful when I call to find out about it. Also, they never figure what I will owe correctly so I end up having to pay up at tax time.(one year I paid $1600 and this was supposed to have been escrowed. GRRR. Avoid a mortgage with these folks.
