  They messed up my taxes 2019 , but yet said the irs did it ..... I went back believe that the irs did it , yet they gave me a very low amount !!!! I left took my paper and went somewhere else and got almost twice the amount they was trying to give me . After the fact they was going for desk to desk asking questions !!!! So how long y'all been doing taxes cause clearly , you lady very unsure about a lot of things...... They sit in the office sending emails talking about the people at their desk and when they leave out baby they have a party talking about you.... So sad a bunch of black women talking about their own sisters!!!

  Tbis place is unprofessional as hell. First off you don't walk out with up to $1500, that's a lie. The make you wait until it's approved to give you the money the next day. So now the next day is here and I've called 6 times and have been told that the system is down every time. So then the guy tells me to call every 30 minutes, I call a 7th time and the put me on hold for 20 minutes then just hung up. Then I call again and was told to call back in 30 minutes, DONT GET YOUR TAXES DONE HERE PLEASE DO NOT DO IT!!!!! Not worth the time or stress, just follow the people with with statue of library costumes on!

  Do not go here!!!! They charge waaaaay too much!!! They didn't communicate while doing them. Not even expressing opinions as far as single or head of household. Just gave me a refund amount after with 600 dollars worth of fees!!!! Plain rip off!!! Very unprofessional!!

  I had a wonderful experience at ATC Income Tax. The ladies over there are very nice and they explained the loan to me in which I got the same day which made me SUPER HAPPY. AND I WIL BE RETURNING TO THEM NEXT YEAR!!

  I was in a situation. I went to the Villard location and the staff there assistant me with getting my taxes filed. The staff was also friendly and helpful.

  ONLY PLACE THAT ACTUALLY GIVES OUT ADVANCES AS THEY ADVERTISE. WENT TO SEVERAL OTHER TAX PLACES ONLY TO TELL ME YOU DONT QUALIFY AND TO WAIT FEW YEAR ETC. 1ST TIME WITH ATC AND GOT $300 WITH MY STUB AND WHEN I RETURNED W-2 GOT ME THE $6000 AS THEY ADVERTISE! LOVE IT... PLUS GOT ACCURATE PROFESSIONAL SERVICE
