  Prime Auto is by far the best dealership I have been to in over 25 years! Mike and Sam worked very hard to get me approved, I have been rejected everywhere so this made me very happy. I was able to test drive over 3 different cars until I found my new Chevy Impala! They have a huge selection of cars to choose from and the employees are willing to work with you. As soon as you walk into the dealership you are greeted wit respect and open arms! Me and my husband felt very comfortable in the environment that Prime Auto provided. I will be coming back for future cars and will recommend Prime Auto to anybody that is looking for a car. THANK YOU PRIME AUTO!!!

  This place is honestly the best place to shop for a car! We went ALL over Hammond and Highland and noone wanted to work with us. The three men here that we dealt with went above and beyond to help us get a car that we desperately needed. Even though we were a big pain, and spent hours there for two days, they did everything they could with no hassle for us. The kindest, patient & best people to work with work here at Prime Auto. They did everything they could to make sure we left with a car that fits what we were looking for. THANK YOU, THANK YOU. We will refer you guys to anyone who comes to us asking if we know a place that works well with you & in the future years, we will only come to you as well. 💯😁 I'd give 10 stars if a could.
