  They told me over the phone that I had to set an appointment. I set the appointment, came in minutes before and the wait time was 20 minutes after my appointment and no one bothered to help me. Left out.

  I love this bank and I'll tell you why because they have a computer program that deducts the amount out of your checking account at 12 midnight and all the others deducted at 6 p.m. at the end of the day so with this program you never have an overdraft fee in your checking I hated the other Banks the money would be in there or we get a fee I'm done with all that I'm so thankful for Fifth Third

  Everytime I come I'm here for about 15min waiting. I really hate when I have to make a deposit. The service is so slow. I come once a week and everytime i come its the same. I come at different times, different days. Something needs to be done. I dint use mobile because it's a business account and that is the best answer u have for me. I am here today and I didnt even get greeted. Smdh

  I pulled up in the drive thru with no customers inline and 4 clerks in the bank to deposit a check I arrived at 12:25 pm and they didn't even greet or say a word to me til 12:33 pm and the deposit wasn't done til 12:36 pm Thank God my business accounts are not here very disappointed. That long of a wait should be unacceptable.

  As I walked in I was greeted instantly by a James Mattox he was very professional and courteous as I explained to him the major inconvenience of having my card stolen and marked as a late payment he underwent the task with ease and efficiency ,would definitely recommend this a "go to place".

  This doesnt even deserve a one star. The Manager here claims how professional she is with her 25 year plus experience (very hard to believe) yet she comes out with an attitude and has no solutions to problems. She has horrible communication skills and talks with a nasty tone.

  The worst bank ever! Customer service is terrible! They don't want to help you with anything! Do not go to the Hammond location, the manager is the worst!

  This is the slowest damn back. There is NEVER enough tellers. When I go to this bank I know I will for sure be waiting at least 10 minutes if not longer for service.
