  I've been banking with chase for quite some time. There are many online banks for example chime that has the same services but without all of the stipulations and different fees.

  CHASE DO BETTER ON KEEPING YOUR CUSTOMERS!;Your bank is a JOKE between you and corporate none of you are on the same page the branch is a joke we were in there for 2 hours and accomplished nothing nothing it was sad that you did not want to keep us as a customer everyone told us a different story what kind of company is this shouldn't you all be on the same page the branch is telling us something different corporate on the phone is telling us something different you chase me away you are disgusting how you treat your customers!!!

  Horrible customer service I made an appointment they never sent me confirmation after I repeatedly asked after Making a previous appointment then they lied saying they called me for my appointment when they never called they try to avoid doing business with me I feel they favorite their own race which is Hispanic which I am not which is why they intentionally reject me

  The worst bank in all hammond their ATMS suxxx every week they are down out of 4 of them one works really really bad chase

  This place is the worst. Waiting times that rival Disney World. They do not value customer times at all. For big banking options, there are far better options.

  drive-thrus don't always work but the staff is always extra friendly

  Fix your ATMs!!! There are 4, but only 1 that dispenses cash. Horrible.
