      The WORST customer service! Spoke with some names Cato or Kato (a male), not sure how its spelled. He was so rude, he spoke so quickly where you can barely catch a word he's saying. Cannot wait to be done doing business with this company. Most of the other agents have been pleasant but that wasn't the case for him. Please implicate some customer service training for your employees.

      You guys may have a lawsuit on your hands! I have a single mom here with 4 kids that you are garnishing her wages for a car that was part of the class action law suit against Wells Fargo! You guys got your money back from Wells Fargo plus her money she paid in and you are having a collection agency garnish her wages for $400.00 a month!!

      HORRIBLE. I didn't have a choice in lenders but if I could, I would have never chosen them. Predatory type lending, TERRIBLE customer service, they don't let you see your balance info on line, and to make a payment online it's $8! They say that's because of western union but I don't buy it. RIP OFF.

      This company does not care about you as a customer. Customer service is not a priority for this company. How they sleep at night is beyond me. I simply ignore their calls, and make my payments until I'm in a position to either re-finance, or get another vehicle.
