  Myranda and Justin are amazing! Weekly phone calls, emails and/or text messages with updates were great! I can be a bear to get a hold of, but that never stopped them from doing their best to keep me up-to-date on my loan. The Billy Campbell team is unmatched.   Jobe, our loan officer, was amazing. His connection, quick responses, and sincerity made this loan the best, and most human, yet! They also got us a great rate and helped us know what our final payments would be so we could budget accordingly. Highly recommend the whole team.

  Trash. Just hope they sell your loan fast. Their Mortage center in salt lake is a joke. They do not complete escrow analysis or any other mandated rules in a timely manner. I currently have a complaint pending over my escrow account.

  Our first lender completely screwed is over just THREE days before we were supposed to close. Billy and his team swooped in and managed to get us closed in two weeks!!! They were so thorough with each step and explained it all. We were told so many lies by our first lender- Billy and Ashley corrected them and explained how everything works. We’re first time home buyers and they took time to answer any and all questions we had. Words cannot explain how much we appreciate your team! If you’re needing a lender (that is amazing with VA loans too) Billy is your guy!

  From the beginning the personnel assured me that they understood what I wanted with the refinancing. At closing at the title company's office I find out that this was not the case and that I am expected to incur additional costs for a mistake that was not mine. They forgot to include my spouse's name. Three days prior to closing we discussed the final paper work along with the loan amount and other numbers. I asked clear and precise questions about the numbers listed on the documents and I am told and reassured that they are correct and that I will receive a refund for the last payment made on the mortgage. This was not the case, I call the office to find out what happened. Because it is past the closing date they don't longer wish to speak with me and give me a corporate number to call corporate office to resolve the issue. Corporate office is not sure they understand and are unableto explain the numbers (numbers from their office). They want me to send an email with all the numbers including their numbers. Needless to say the process has been frustrating and a nightmare. Regretting refinancing with Primary Residential Mortgage.

  10/10 would recommend. My husband and I just bought our first home with the help of Billy and his team. WHAT AN INCREDIBLE TEAM. I could not be happier with the process. They all were incredible. Thorough, patient, understanding, able and available at all times. THANKS SO MUCH!

  My partner and I had a horrible experience with a lender previously and almost lost out on our home just a few days before closing! This team of amazing people took us in, guided us through each step and got us in our home within a couple weeks! Extremely grateful for this kind, quick and attentive team!

  We have used PRM and Billy's Team twice with the same results. The team is wonderful to work with, very personable and knowledgeable. They kept us informed all along the way. The second time took longer to close due to how busy the refinance market is right now, but that isn't any fault of PRM. I believe that we had some challenging mortgages, but they understood the obstacles and get'er done! Very happy with Billy and the Team; Andy is absolutely wonderful! I have recommended them to several folks, and will use them again in the future if the need arises!
