  Tia is absolutely amazing!!! She is the go to for all your housing financing needs , this will be the third time I will be using Caliber and only because Tia makes the experience one of ease and a great piece of mind. Tia and her teams professionalism and customer service exceeds all expectations. They always go above and beyond to make sure things are lined out and done in a timely fashion.   Tia is a fantastic broker. I've been working with her for many years on home purchases and refinancing. She's helpful and takes the time to explain things in layman's terms.   After having dealt with three of the "big" lenders and not being able to get even a return phone call from them for days and even weeks, I was referred to Tia by a friend. Tia and her team got my loan closed in a couple of weeks. Tia and her team are masters of the apparently forgotten art of customer service and professionalism in business. I recommend Tia and her team with the utmost alacrity. If you are frustrated with other lenders, or better yet, just want to avoid the hassle in the first place, give Tia a call. You'll be more than glad that you did. If I could give her 100 stars, I'd do it in a heartbeat!

  Tia Jaffee's contact info was referred to me because her expertise regarding VA lending. She and her team kept me involved and up-to-date during the whole process. The paperwork (verification) steps was very easy. I especially liked the fact in how they worked with me... around my busy schedule with (texted and secure emails) when they needed to reach me. After my required waiting period with regards to the original loan mortgage... and when VA rates where at/near historic lows, I called upon Tia Jaffee again! By keeping my current mortgage in-house, Tia and her team worked flawlessly. I since refinanced to a lower VA rate- and again Tia Jaffee and her team did not let me down! AWESOME JOB!
