  Kyndle and her impressive team were always responsive to all communications (to our questions/clarification requests, etc.). Progress updates were always timely, clear, and concise.   These ladies were a fantastic help to me as a first time home buyer! They kept me updated on the status of my loan multiple times a week, they responded to questions within a few minutes (even on weekends!) and the whole time I felt like I was working with people who really know their stuff. 10/10 would recommend this lender to a friend.

  Don't rip clients off. Rates and rate charge fees are excessive with PRMI. Only after haggling and using a national lenders quote was PRMI willing to reduce its charge for rate chosen by ~$6k and the rate itself by about 0.75%. The only reason we closed using PRMI is because I was scheduled to be out of town at the time of the original closing date, and the other lender could not close sooner. It goes without saying that when interest rates come down, regardless of who PRMI sells our mortgage to, we will be refinancing with a national lender who maintains the mortgage for the life of the loan.

  Horrible! No one knew what was going on with my refi.... Cost me 2 extra months and hours of time in three one with kids informed. They outsourced everything and no one could answer my questions l. I had to get in touch with the CEO why was also not very competent.

  Kyndle and her team were amazing through the entire loan process. They helped me to understand everything as it was very confusing being a first time home buyer and they were very quick to respond to any messages I sent them.
