  Mike Bass is the loan officer for the buyers of my home. We are moving to the Caribbean and have done extensive planning, travel arrangements, shipping of vehicles and personal belongings. We are purchasing a property there right after the sale of our house with the proceeds from the sale, but yet 3 days before settlement, Mike says he needs more time. He suggests we postpone the settlement for a week, just to be safe. This throws many wrenches into many plans! He gave us no heads up, no notice, just hey, you're not settling when we told you for months that you would because we can't do our job in a timely manner. This is unacceptable! UNACCEPTABLE!!!!

  I first found out Mike did mortgage loans back when I bought my first house in 2016. The first thing I noticed when working with Mike was his responsiveness and attention to detail during our initial conversations. He was very open and helpful in guiding me through the process as a first time home buyer. Shopping for a home was challenging for me since I was looking in Montgomery County where prices have always been high and inventory low with houses being sold in a matter of days or hours after going on the market. Mike was always there though to help me and my realtor whenever we found a house I liked. Thanks to his assistance, we were able to close on the 2nd house we put an offer on and move quickly through the settlement process. I was so happy with Mike's high level service that a year later, my fiance and I used him again when we were ready to buy our newlywed house together. It was a complicated situation with me trying to rent out my first property at the same time as coordinating a new purchase, and time was of the essence even more than before. Again, Mike stepped in and offered both his advice and skills to help us quickly seal the deal on what we wanted. Everything went smooth and we got exactly what we'd hoped to.   This review is LONG overdue. Mike played a huge role in getting my wife and I into our first home together. His patience and commitment to his customers is unmatched. With the market being so hot, we had to place nearly 10 offers and we continued to up our budget to meet our wants. It didn't matter what time or day, when we called mike he was ready to write us a new pre-approved letter and go over monthly payments and questions. When our offer was finally accepted, the sellers wanted to move extremely fast, he got us to settlement in less then 1 month. My wife and I highly recommend you at least talk to Mike if considering purchasing your next home! Thanks for everything Mike!
