      I had to change lenders pretty close to last minute to get at least a pre-approval for a loan on a home I wanted. On top of that, I'm 100% 1099/freelance and have been for years so I need someone that can look at my income, expenses, credit, etc. subjectively and understand that I have the resources to pay for my new mortgage. Craig was able to understand my situation with old lender and quickly tried to help me with a loan for a new home; and did in a timely manner. Additionally, he was extremely professional and was able to answer all my questions and concerns along the way. I haven't bought/sold a home in 17 years and Craig made what seemed like a daunting process very manageable and put my mind to ease throughout the entire journey.
