  Peyton at Freedom Mortgage is everything you could possibly ask for in a loan officer.He answered all of my questions no matter the time of day. Peyton always checked in on me throughout the process, and I mean checked on ME and my family that made me feel like more than just another number on his roster. If you want someone who is knowledgeable, understanding, and ALL IN then do yourself a favor and choose Freedom Mortgage and ask for Peyton Woodall. Oh and Freedom Mortgage is good too, great rate and easy loan process!

  You would be hard pressed to find anyone that cares for his clients more than Andrew. My wife and I are incredibly thankful to have had Andrew walk with us through the housing process.   Andrew was a joy to work with through the twists and turns of our home buying process. Despite running into some unforeseen circumstances, Andrew made everything as painless as possible and was always available and more than willing to offer assistance however possible. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a lending agent they can trust and have a great working relationship with!

  The absolutely worst company I have ever experienced. My Mother’s original loan company transferred to this company after Notification of her death. Long story short she was in a terrible home fire that took her life and left the home completely destroyed. I have been calling Freedom Mortgage every other day to become authorized on the account since I have certified court documents granting me access to all her assets . And NOTHING. The customer service agents do what they can but the other depts are dragging their feet. They can’t send a simple email for the documents needed for account authorization. I’ve sent in everything I believe they should need to get the process going and still nothing. I can not make a payment, I can’t fix the house , I can’t get the title for the home which is entitled to me. This is very frustrating. People pass away everyday and this company needs better policies or a whole new team to handle such affairs. Once my name is on that account this company can kiss my service goodbye.

  Peyton was amazing! My husband and I were told we would qualify with another lender. We were given Peytons information by a friend, so we called. Peyton had a very positive attitude and worked with us to make our dream of home buying a reality! I’m so happy we picked up the phone and called!

  Joe did a great job on a very difficult transaction. He kept all parties to the transaction informed and every "bump" in the road, he let us know what he was doing and when the issue was resolved. As a the listing agent, his contact with me helped me keep the sellers informed and in the game!
