  Pat was professional and educational through the refinance process.   Our experience with PRMI was awful. They didn't know how to handle our type of loan but claimed they did. They gave us information that was incorrect that stalled our process. It was a truly terrible experience. Do NOT choose PRMI to handle your mortgage.

  Really easy to work with! If you are thinking about refinancing or buying a new house, then Jeff Rice and his team should be your first call for your mortgage. He will get you a great rate and make sure that you understand every step of the process. And, most of the refinancing can be done online so it is safe in this COVID-19 environment.
