  My husband and I worked with Adam on our first house purchase and he was amazing! He worked with us during a cross-country move, answered all of my questions, and we got the first house we put an offer in on because of Adam's hard work!   Adam was amazing with helping me to refinance my home. This is my first home and my first time going through the refinancing process. Adam explained every step along the way very clearly and patiently. At the end, Adam was able to save me money on my mortage which, allowed me to save money for my son's future schooling.

  Adam was informative and helpful. At the time I was work third shift and he did his best to work with my sleep schedule. Before buying a house I had heard horror story about how difficult it would be. I found with Adam that was not the case!

  I worked with Adam 2 years ago when I got my initial mortgage with a different company, and it was great then. Fast forward to 2021 and I decided to refinance, following Adam to Primary Residential Mortgage. Not only did he manage to lock me in with a very low rate, he kept in constant communication with me about the process as everything was being done. Adam made sure that the closing was as quick and simple as could be, and was there to answer any additional questions I had the day of closing. Fantastic customer service and a willingness to go the extra mile to help clients is why I have stuck with Adam for so long. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to get a new mortgage or refinance!

  I was referred to Adam Lamb by my son. I was forced to buy unexpectedly and from the first call to the end of the process he was awesome! He answered ALL of my questions, I had ALOT. My friends who had been thru this process said it gets a little hectic and it did but Adam just did this with ease. He connected me to a realitor,who was also awesome. Can't say Thank You enough to him! He was a true blessing!
