  I had been looking for investment property in various cities across the central US without adequate success, to some degree because I did not find people helpful enough. Perhaps business was just too good. Then in Baton Rouge I found a very helpful property management lady, who recommended a very helpful real estate lady who recommended "her mortgage man". After talking to a variety of mortgage officers it was suddenly such a delight to find Garth Cook. The rules under which he works were just right, the paperwork requested was just what I expected, my questions have all been answered very promptly, and everything has flowed very smoothly.   I absolutely love these guys! They’re so comforting & full of laughters. From what I heard... buying a house can be a stressful but they made it pretty dang easy. Just do what you have to do & they will do the rest. Garth & Aaron will keep you calm when you feel doubt or have any negative feelings. I’m so glad we chose Garth! He is very informational & just makes you feel good about everything. I love Aaron’s personality! Every time I would talk to him it was full of laughters. They’re both so easy going. I definitely recommend them!
