  When other lenders were offering us less than stellar loans we were referred to Ralph. He was optimistic from the start that he could help us in our situation. He took the time to explain in detail everything in easy to understand terms when it came to loans and how the economic status influences it. Ralph delivered everything he stated from the beginning and we ended up having a much better refi then what other lenders were offering. Ralph is an excellent loan officer.
