  Did you know that refinancing your house can not only be a very impressive "adulting" thing to do, it can also actually be a breeze to do? Yep! We recently did this with Jenny Ebert at Prevail Bank and she was awesome. Typically financial processes like this feel overwhelming, intimidating, and full of jargon that no one will explain to you. But Jenny has a great ability to explain what needs to happen, when, and why in plain language. She is very honest and trustworthy as well, so it was comforting knowing we were in good hands. She guided us through the process from start to finish, and went out of her way to take thorough COVID precautions during our interactions, signing of paperwork, etc. I could not recommend Jenny more highly!

  We got a mortgage with Prevail through Ryan Ludy. I can't say enough how easy he made the whole process even with our unique financial situation. I was turned down so many times before for a mortgage because I didn't have the required two years of tax returns as a new business owner. Prevail has a program just for folks like me! Ryan was so thorough and available to answer all of our questions. Again, I cannot recommend him enough if you're looking for a mortgage, especially if you're an entrepreneur like me.

  Great Bank to work with, but they are not open Saturday Mornings although once I realized it, it was not a problem.
