  MV Acceptance is the greatest auto lender ever! I had a loan with them that I paid off a few years back. The customer service was always friendly and polite. If an issue came up and I was going to be a few days late or something they will work with you. They let you know ahead of time- just be honest and open and communicate. They will bend over backwards to help you out. They want you to be a happy customer. They went above and beyond...Everytime..... and it showed! I can honestly say that I don't think I'll ever use a different lender... MV Acceptance has set the bar high- more companies should follow their lead. I am in the process of buying a new vehicle and I will absolutely be applying for the loan with MV Acceptance!

  I have been a customer for over 10 years. This company is the most honest company I have ever dealt with. I have had horrible experiences with banks and other financial institutions, but MV has never let me down. Their entire staff are understanding of everyone's emergency situations and they make you feel like family. They will work with you in the most difficult times. I am a teacher and they get an A+ from me. I highly recommend MV Acceptance as a company that can help you fairly and with understanding.

  I'm not sure what the haters are talking about. I have been a customer for about 4 years and love this place! They are totally helpful and they work with me all the time. M/V was able to buy out a horrible loan with crazy interest that I had with another title loan company and They literally saved me. I will admit that when I'm late on a payment the collection department is aggressive (after a week or two), but they told me at the time I signed the loan paper work to call the day before if there would be any problems, so my fault and I don't blame them. They've never hidden information from me. Everything was always spelled out in my contracts. If a title loan is what you need...this is the best place to get one in my opinion and they are way cheaper than the other ones. They even GAVE me $100 for every friend I referred that got a loan! So if you decide to go let them know I sent you! ;)

  Got my loan thru these guys thru a used car dealer. I was late only twice, and each time I called ahead of time, and they worked with me. Paid the loan off early, no hassles, no whining. Staff was always nice to me, esp. Elaine and the lady at the front door (sorry I forgot her name...). I will be doing business with them again, as I could use a second car. So, I will be calling them in a few days. If you just communicate with them, MV will work with you. Just my 2 cents....

  M/V Acceptance is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with! When we called to make payments, they repeatedly hung up on us (I don't mean once or twice - I mean every month I was calling anywhere from 5-10 times and when I got someone on the phone and told them I need to make a payment they would simply hang up) When we finally payed off the vehicle, we thought they would send us our title but instead we received a phone call saying we owed a large sum of money still. This will probably end in a court battle! I would not recommend this company to anyone!!!

  Legal crooks. Literally the only place I have dealt with that hangs up on their customers when trying to make a payment or any other thing for that matter. Very unfriendly and unhelpful....

  OMG!!! I HAD ONE LOAN WITH THIS COMPANY AN I HAD GOT A HIVORCE AN HERE I DID A CREDIT REPORT AN THER IS FOUR LOANS THREE I NEVER TOOK OUT!!!

  I am sorry this was a surprise to you, but every time you rewrite a loan it creates a new account, and while you were married if your husband rewrites an account it is also reported on your bureaus as well. If you feel any reporting has been done in error I will be happy to assist you in clearing it up with the bureaus I repot credit to.
