  My husband and I reached out to Heidi Bomengen at Prestige Real Estate when we decided to sell our Killington condominium this past Fall. We had owned the property for more than 30 years and it embodied many wonderful family memories. Heidi was the ultimate professional, giving us great advice and making the process as smooth as it could be. But she also made the ups and downs of the human side of the process easier for us as well.   Heidi represented me nearly ten years ago in 2010 in the purchase on my ski on and ski off condo in Sunrise Mountain Village. Back then I was not familiar with all the various condo properties in Killington. She took the time to tour me through the many properties and tailor the explanations of the various properties attributes to my young family (ten years ago). She did a great job, my two young daughters 'grew up' on the Killington slopes in a wonderful condo community as a result of Heidi's efforts to educate me very well on the various properties. Roll the clock forward 10 years , its 2020 and I sought Heidi's help again to list and sell our beloved condo; my kids grew up and it was time to move onward. Heidi's service once again was fabulous. She is an expert in the Killington market, she communicates accurately, she is responsive, she 'tells it like it is'; she is helpful and flexible and I recommend Heidi without reservation.

  We worked with Kaitlyn Hummel of Prestige Real Estate Services of Killington for buying and selling of a home and condo this year. I can’t say enough good things about her. Professional, attentive, responsive come to mind immediately. She seeked quick answers on all our questions/concerns and managed to guide us on purchasing our house under multiple bids! Later, under contract, she helped find contractors and inspectors for us. Her roots are Rutland and that provided us an advantage on finding these folks quickly. As for selling our condo, she quickly provided a recommended price and believed it to be the correct number sharing with us the market trend. She guided us through the staging of the unit, arranged a great photographer, and provided an excellent write up. It sold for above listing. So thank you Prestige and more importantly, thank you Kaitlyn. You helped to keep me calm during some roller coaster times! John

  Kaitlyn was our agent and she was great! She is very knowledgeable of the Killington market bringing our unit from listing to contract within 45 days at list price giving us feedback after each viewing. During the contract to closing process she was on top of and clearly communicated any issues related to closing, including the timeline. We recommend her highly!

  I would give Heidi 6 stars if possible! My wife and I searched up and down the east coast for a ski on/ski off condo and met with several realtors during our search. It wasn't even close - Heidi was so much better than all of the other realtors we talked too! This was our 1st time buying a home and I don't think she could have made it any easier than she did - all the way from finding our home to getting our utilities in order up to closing, it was a fantastic experience and I'm so grateful we found her when we did! Heidi's partner Kaitlyn deserves high praise also - you will have a great experience doing business with either of them!
