  I have been working with Bret on and off for years. First helping us find a few seasonal rentals, then most recently when we were looking to purchase a condo. Bret was responsive, professional, and great to work with. He was able to provide local attorney and bank recommendations for us since we are out of state buyers and give us insight into the area and the purchase process.   As a first time home buyer, I made sure I did the research including which realtor to work with and I'm so happy I choose Bret! He was extremely responsive, quick to get back to me, and helpful in explaining the process throughout the experience. I should note that at the time I bought my home, he was extremely busy with an influx of buyers. Truly, everyone was buying a home!
