  No stars.... Never have I had to spend two days at a dealership just to purchase a car. My family and I spent over 8 hours the first day answering questions, submitting paperwork and made phone call after phone call to purchase a used truck. After putting money down on it and over 5 hours to clean it we finally purchased our truck only to get told two weeks later that the truck has to be returned due to an issue or they will report it stolen. Not to mention we will be out of our down payment. This is not how you treat customers and not how you treat Veterans of the United States Military. The sales manager Anthony and the sales person George may have worked hard to sell us this vehicle only to turn around and treat us like we could not afford to pay for it. DO NOT BUY from them.

  Mr George mccready was great! Very nice and friendly, extremely helpful. Very knowledgeable about ford vehicles and can and will get you the best deal . I had low credit and he made it happen. Highly recommend this sales person. Down to earth great guy!

  Slowest service for an oil change. Appointment at 11am, just finished at 1:20pm. Went to cashier and waited 5 mins to be acknowledged by a woman eating food. With a rude tone as if she doesnt want to be there I was asked how can she help me and I stated the my car just rolled up and I want to cash out. She rolled her eyes, shook her head and asked for my last name. This place has no sense of urgency and little respect to time. Jerry (service manager) was good though..

  The folks did a good job and were very nice. Only problem was when I showed up for the appointment no one ordered the parts so I had to leave the car there for two days.

  My son financed his first car with Prestige. What an awesome experience! Matt and Juan were both very professional, yet extremely friendly and easy to work with!! VERY IMPRESSED!!!! Will definitely purchase here again in the future!

  I have been reluctantly coming to prestige for service on my new ford trucks, i've had four. This was the dealer closest to my area. I am only speaking of the service department in this review, not sales. Every time i bring my truck in for a known mechanical issue it's like pulling teeth to get them to service it under my premium warranty. This last time was it, I will never again set foot in that joke of a service department. My 2014 F150 ecoboost is my latest headache, my truck is suffering from a stretched timing belt that rattles and grinds upon a cold start, it has done this off and on for months and finally the rattle and grind happened daily last week so I thought now is a good time to bring in for diagnoses. I am very hesitant to bring my vehicle there, because they always have it for a week minimum. This would be tsb14-0194 ( i found the exact same noise on multiple videos on google).The Service manager failed to diagnose the 4 days they had it this time and basically sent me on my way with no solution. Chuck was the service managers name, and because of his lack of concern for the health of my vehicle, i removed it from their shop. I have already contacted another dealership and they are ordering the parts sight unseen because this is such a common problem with the ecoboost... Unbelievable Prestige!

  Javier was awesome!!! No pressure and great service! Highly recommend Javier at Prestige Ford in Mt Dora!!!! And he delivered the vehicle to my house on this rainy day!!
