  They cut down my auto loan rate with Another bank from 20 percent with 2500 down payment and gave me 9 percent and no down payment. Run away from big banks and let your local credit unions save you money. It was all done in about 15 minutes and Loan was approved.

  I have worked directly with Logan at Prestige and since my first day applying online, he has been a fantastic help to me! He contacted me within minutes of me submitting my application and has always provided help and speedy service, even months later.   Been with Prestige for over a year and a half now. They have always been helpful and accomodating. Opening different types of accounts have been so easy. Great cash back checking, rates, and kid savings accounts. I reccomend them 100%

  I have been a customer with this credit union since August 2018 and I have referred many of my friends to this credit union. I was excited to start building a relationship with a credit union again and in my opinion couldn't have picked a better credit union to build that relationship with. From the first time I walked into this credit union to each time I ever have any interaction with any of their employee's. Everyone is so pleasant to work with. I have never felt like a number here. They are always willing to do whatever they need to do to help me with what works best (within reason and within their ability) for my needs. I know I can go to my branch (I always work with this branch in particular because it is close to where I work) and work with them. I have all my banking needs with Prestige Community Credit Union. I have a Credit Card, Auto Loan, Savings, and Checking. My children have their accounts with them. I am in the process of teaching my children about how to have proper credit and how to manage their finances and Prestige has helped me with this. It is so awesome to be able to just make a quick call and talk to someone who knows you as a person and know you have a relationship with them and can just tell them what your needs are at that time and have a "real conversation with them". I feel this is the more honest banking relationship I have ever had with a financial institution and I have no plans of ever taking my money anywhere else. Not to mention being able to get my debit card on site is completely awesome. If I have any problems with it not working, I can just drive right to Prestige and ask for a new card. They are always there to help. Coming to this credit union was the best decision I ever made. Trust me, You will not be disappointed either. Their referral bonus is legit! Take advantage of that.

  The customer service that they offer is amazing. Despite the pandemic I have still been able to contact Sharla with any question about my loan and banking. She has not hesitated not once in helping out. You guys out there in Prestige Community Credit Union are awesome!

  Received a pre-approval letter, was assisted by Princewill over the phone. He was really nice, honored the letter, and made sure I had all the proper documentation to verify myself (avoiding scammers). Very happy with my personal refinance deal! Thanks Princewill!

  COVID has impacted everyone in different ways. My family was struggling and we were down to our last $100 for groceries. This money was trapped on a card from an old Illinois credit union, and we were turned away from multiple partner branches when attempting to withdraw these funds. I truly believed I would not be able to feed my family today. However, here at Prestige, the wonderful and diligent staff saw the urgency in the situation, and were able to expertly assist us in updating our information and withdrawing the funds. I can’t express enough how grateful my family is. You guys are AWESOME!!!
