  I had a wonderful experience with Michael Hawkins. First time buying a house and I’m glad I chose his company.   Highly recommend for contstruction loan. Havent dont any other loans with them yet, but based on how they great they did, they are my go to lender moving forward. They offered the best rates, one time close, and a smooth process over all.

  Lady in the front desk is so reckless to answer my question. Bank should improve how to talk to the customers. This bank lobby is closed on Saturdays and they never cared to remove the Saturday's lobby hours on their front door. Please fix this so that customers will not face any problem thinking that lobby is open on Saturdays.

  Our experience with David Jordan was extremely pleasant. He is very knowledgeable in this industry and he fought hard to get us a great intrest rate for our home. I personally appreciated the level of professionalism that he maintained throughout the process. He was very accessible as well, every time I called no matter what day it was he would answer or call me right back with in minutes. That kind of customer service is very rare nowadays most people won't answer on the weekends, but he always did.. I definitely would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a home.
