  Do not apply with these guys. They claim to work for the little guy for startups and supposedly work with poor credit that is until they get your info and on the phone and then you find out that what they advertise is far from what they actually are willing to do. Would give no stars if I was able to

  I need someone to call me asap. I got an email stating that I got a ppp loan. If thats the case where is my money. I applied but never got a thing now they are trying to get me to do the ppp forgivness. How and I never got a thing. I need answers Now. Sounds like a lawsuit to me. I need answers. Calling my lawyer as I write this.

  WORSE COMPANY EVER..... STAY AWAY. We lost our earnest $ to buy a business because of this company.They never there when you reach them. I called underwriter 10 times, left a voicemail and never call back. They never give you a straight answer and their business advisor only contact you 2 weeks later or not even at all. This company will abandon you in dark tunnel like me. I wish I can give them a BIG 0 star .PLEASE STAY AWAY.

  I received the full $2500 Small Business Sole Proprietorship (Unregistered) loan in a very timely manner, and I was able to pay for specific things I was struggling with due to the Covid-19 pandemic. I don't understand the posts re: this being a scam? Maybe I got lucky? Anyway, I was pleased with how the repayment process in terms of deferring payment in total if 60% of the loan was used for listed specific items, so of course I applied! Thank you very much for this God-send!

  I had my issues with this company but all it took was attention and a reassuring effect that only a human can have . I appreciate finally after long days of frustration. The lender prestamos responded to an email . Sometimes in my case and others a simple I have your case let's see if the decision was fair is all we need . My representative was helpful but as well made me understand simple things BA did not bother to mention . I thank this agent for having time and explained .

  Poor poor poor customer service. I have been trying for a week to contact this bank on several occasions through different platforms (emails, phone calls, & via Facebook messenger) reference to returning my funds. I have not been able to contact or speak with anyone. Messages have been left, but no callback has been made. If I would’ve known it would be this difficult to speak or make contact with someone I wouldn’t have accepted the funds. Horrible experience. I do not recommend this bank to anyone.

  My loan was approved on May 28, and it's August 15, it's the longest 10 days I've ever experienced. And FYI more people are on here saying they haven't received it yet than those saying they did. Where is my loan?

  My mother is a 22year veteran and applied for the ppl in May 13th and she still haven't received her money yet. The PPL website says that the money was already sent. Which is all Lies so I guess I need to file a lawsuit against Prestamos LLC .
