      The least professional "credit union" I have ever went through, they are ran like a fifth third and the man Jeff there will talk to you like you are a child and take things to an extreme. I can tell he has an obvious anger issues he needs to resolve. As for the front ladies they are gems but I had to go to another credit union, one where they treated me like an adult and I have had no issues like I have had with presidents and I have been happy ever since leaving.

      I have had my account at PFCU for the longest time. Even now when I am living out of town, I still have PFCU as my bank. Service and staff is great. They know who you are and treat you as a person and not a customer.

      Credit union isnt as good as it used to be. They let go a very nice lady in robin. Ive had several loans with them but when i get my last one paid off then im finished with them.sad to say .
