  Jason and Paige at Option Financial were super helpful! The option financial app made document submission easy. All the digital signatures simplified the title process at the end.   We had an insanely good experience with Option Financial. I was in the business and I have to say that I was impressed with their tools/website/app. We were constantly kept in the loop on all steps. I am self employed so that always makes it more difficult but Jason Laine knocked it out of the park. His professionalism was second to none. Also, the processor, Mandi.... I can't say enough about her. Thanks team, we really appreciate you!

  First and foremost I want to thank Optional Financial for helping me throughout the purchase of my first home. I’d recommend using Jason Laine to anyone and everyone. We had a slight hiccup in the process as the title company failed to disclose of a deed restriction until a day before close. Luckily Jason was on top of it and talked me through the panic attack I had when I thought I wouldn’t be able to get a loan. Seriously, this guy is amazing and super communicative. I’m pretty I talked to him more in the few months leading up to the close than I did my family!. 10/10

  10/10 would recommend Option Financial! We worked with Stef and Joy and could not recommend them enough! We bought our first home and they were so helpful and patient and willing to answer any and all questions. They walked us through the processes to make sure we understood everything and got the needed documents in on time. They really do care about their clients’ experience and even reached out after the fact to make sure we didn’t have any further questions! Thanks Stef, Joy, and everyone else at Option Financial!   I worked with Jason L. He was very helpful and eager to serve my families mortgage needs. Jason and Option worked quickly to initiate and close our refinanced mortgage. He made it all work well remotely through the use of their iPhone app. Closing was a breeze thanks to most of the documents being signed electronically; which allowed for a quick and simple travelling notary visit to our home! I would highly recommend their services!!

  Tisha Clifford represented my husband and I as our Loan Officer during the recent purchase of our first home. Tisha was extremely knowledgeable, approachable, personable, endlessly patient, and incredibly generous with her time. She answered every question and explained every form and every part of the process clearly and thoroughly. I was worried that buying a home would be extremely stressful being that it was our first time, and I was afraid that I was lacking in knowledge, but Tisha made it stressfree and she was extremely comforting during the entire process. I highly recommend Tisha to any and everyone I know in the market for purchasing a home, she was phenomenal.

  Such a great team! They worked so well together and quickly was able to close our refinance loan effortlessly! They explained in detail the process every step of the way and made every part of it a great experience! Every team member was outstanding!   Absolutely love this team. They have helped us buy two homes and refinance one over the years! Their communication is great. It’s as though they work around the clock! They respond very fast and are always there for you to ask questions!

  let me say, without option financial I would have been dead in the water they really went through the trenches for me, the only thing I would recommend would be better communication skills. I realize these are troubling times and very busy for the Housing industry, but having better communication up front in regards to documentation needed for underwriting would be excellent. As well as being a little less short with your customers when responding to Emails. thank you for all of you help. Would recommend!
