      Absolutely terrible bank if you want to actually be able to use your money. Was told new debit card would be sent out and received in 5 to ten days. It's been three weeks and no card. They don't care about you being unable to pay your bills or use your money. Was told no one can see my card number but they definitely used the old ones number to confirm identity previous. I'm going to have to close my account tomorrow as I have to pay my bills. The well it should be there by the end of the week I was told when I called doesn't help me when it's already been three.

      I like Kemba for the most part. Being on hold for over and hour every time I call is ridiculous. Also I was told when opening my account that 6 months after being with kemba I could use my Mobil deposit. In 3 months I'll be with them a year and still can't use my mobil deposit. Which I really need to be able to use. I have called and waited never got a reason why I can't use it. Been contemplating closing account and opening one elsewhere.

      I have had accounts with Kemba for many years, and for many years, I have used their online bill pay service using my very old and outdated iMac desktop. Recently, they updated their security, and now I cannot use the bill pay service on my old desktop or my brand new MacBook Air. I attempted to contact them for two days, but was on hold forever so I called the main office and was on the phone for over an hour only to learn that Safari will not be supported with their new update. I need a new bank!

We are experiencing a very high volume of calls currently and ask for your patience as your call is very important to us. We are happy to let you know that access to Bill Pay on an Apple device is available through the Mobile App. In the App Store, look for and download the Kemba Credit Union app (look for the Blue background with the White Kemba Lion). In addition, access to Bill Pay through Home Banking is available through the following internet browsers: Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge or Mozilla Firefox. Due to the number of recent iOS updates, we have been made aware that Bill Pay accessed via Home Banking utilizing the Safari Brower is currently unavailable. Please email us at [email protected] if you would like further assistance in accessing your Bill Pay through your Apple Device.

      Locked my account for an Amazon charge I made. No phone call, no email, no information on the web portal. 3 days later my account is still locked and automatic bill pay doesn't go through and I have a $40 and $30 late charge because they have no system in place to notify you that your account is locked. Complete disregard for any working customer who has bills apparently. Closing my accounts with Kemba by the end of this week. Completely unacceptable behavior from a credit union of this size.

      Absolutely terrible customer service, lady was very rude on the phone and inpatient and didn’t help me at all, I’ve also been on hold for 55 minutes which is ABSOLUTELY ridiculous plz switch to another banking company they’re absolutely terrible. And Btw I never write reviews but I feel like I had to for Kemba.

      Love the building, and the employees. It just that when we lost our ATM card/Credit Card. We asked then to give us, both, new cards in early January. Now it is February 11th. The police in Kentucky returned the lost card, from a grocery store where we thought it had been lost. We asked again about our card and they said it would take two weeks. Asked again and they didn't have record of our asking. I guess we will miss our Get Green Checking interest bonus for not have using the card 12 times in a month.

      I totally love Kemba and appreciate everything my local branch has done for me. I recommend Kemba to everyone... mostly the folks in Harrison, OH branch. They treat their customers like family.

      Horrible rude staff, I was the victim of fraud and they are still refusing to file a report. Why they would allow an 8000$ transaction with no name attached to it without attempting to verify identity through me is unbelievable. The fact that they then refuse to assist in the aftermath just ices the cake. Miserable bank, go to mainsource. Friendly and safe, they make sure that you are you when money comes out of an account.       Horrible customer service!! Accidentally left card in atm someone returned it and they cut it within minutes of getting it returned rather than wait for us to come pick it up. We came back to get the card 2 minutes after it was gone and it was already cut. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE.
