  Great service by Kay Amado and the team. Kay was able to help me through the whole process of applying for a private purchase auto loan. It was easy to apply & open account. She was able to guide me on what documents were needed to be complete with them and well with DMV. Always happy answering any questions I had. The process was simple and fast, thanks a bunch, Kay!

  The ATM here ate my barely a month old card and would not give it back saying it "expired". Supposedly it can take other credit union cards, but as other reviews pointed out it can't.

  Premier One Credit Union is an exceptional Credit Union! I have been using this credit union for many years. I have both a checking account & a savings account. The customer service is outstanding at this branch. I’ve dealt with the credit union’s manager, loan officer, and other staff members. They are always friendly and helpful. Recently, I’ve gotten a car loan from them. The loan service was efficient, and the loan officer was very responsive. I got my money quickly to buy my truck. I was so pleased with the service. Special thanks to Kay, who was the loan officer. She was the best! If you need a car loan, please see her. By the way, the place is always clean. In fact, they just remodeled. It is even better than before. If you’re looking for a credit union, I highly recommend this particular branch.

  Loan process is swift, approval in just a day or two. Rate was equal to best I could find. I would CAUTION you if you are not buying and living in the state where the main branch is located. I had to push hard and jump though a lot of hoops when it came time for funding, even though I was dealing with a Franchise BMW dealership. I had to sign special addendum and negotiate with Bank agents and Dealership and become and NV DMV title expert to coordinate agreements on timing and process for how title would be managed. It would have been simpler to use an alternate financial institution in my state (NV) where I moved to very recently, and then once I had title I could leverage the low rate at PremiereOne as a refi vs. direct purchase.

  I had my second car loan with no problem, done in no time. If you are looking for a bank that will help you, this is the place to go.

  Excellent Customer Service... (Kay was my agent)... She Financed a New Used Truck for me and got Me Approved in Minutes.... Then a couple of weeks later... Refinanced a Car for a much lower payment than I had with B of A.. (and they completed it in Two Days)... Kay was a Great Help... John Thompson, San Jose Looking into Refinancing My Home Now...

  I was worried with the underground parking. But there is an elevator, easily seen from the access parking, that goes from the parking to the street (for ATM access) and the CU lobby. The stairs are also easy to navigate.

  Thank you. As a result of the previous review I will definitely not open an account with SJCU! If a bank can't be trusted then, as you say, who will protect us from the banks?
