  Purchased our new Silverado, today from Premiere, Jason Norris was our sales rep.. We highly recommend him, he wasn't pushy, AT ALL, and, was super helpful. Everyone there was friendly. They were our preferred service location for our previous vehicle, and will remain so! A+ transaction!!!

  Prices were reasonable but labor here is a little expensive. The service coordinator I was scheduled with never even spoke with me personally. There was not much conversation and communication on repair cost or timeframe from the reps. I was just asked for my keys and to have a seat in waiting area. I had an appt scheduled for oil change and tire rotation. My car was finally taken in over 35 mins after scheduled appt time and finally released to me about 1 hour and 10 mins later. I was kind of disappointed in the wait time for such a simple service.

  This dealership use to be Great! My husband and I are having to take our vehicle back for the same issue! Once it's fixed correctly WE WILL NEVER PURCHASE from Premiere Chevrolet again! They are AWFUL!

  I beought my truck in to replace the oil sending unit. I was aslo notified od a recall for my passenger side air bag. Which you all said you repaired. But now my truck gives notifications every two days about the passenger side air bag. It has never done that before. I dont want to bring it back because it seems like you all actually caused a problem that i never had before

  What an absolutely wonderful experience. We drove in from north of Nashville, about 4 and a half hours. I had the pleasure of working with Grant over the phone, then Michael when we arrived. The vehicle we purchased was EXACTLY as described over the phone by Grant, he even sent me pictures via text. He was upfront, honest, and just so kind. When we arrived, the vehicle we came to see was parked in the front and ready for us to look over and test drive. Michael answered all of our questions and was very helpful. When it was time to complete our sale, Grant already had all of our paperwork done ahead of time, it took about 30 minutesto sign a few things then walk out the door with our new vehicle. We had been looking for a month for a replacement vehicle for me after mine was totaled. I spoke with numerous dealerships within a 150 mike radius of Nashville. There were several times that we drove over an hour out of our way to see one, only to arrive to find the vehicle was NOT at all as described, it was beyond infuriating. Premier Chevrolet was 100% up front and honest from the first phone call. We will absolutely do business with them again, and also recommend them to our friends and family should they be looking for a vehicle. Thank you so very much to Grant and Michael for going above and beyond what I even expected from a car dealership. It was so great to meet you both, and we really appreciate you and your hard work.

  After totalling my only vehicle I was in a pickle insurance payed all except 400.00 . So I was left owing on my car and without 1 . I had no down payment for another vehicle ,rental had to return on Monday, Saturday before ,Herman Wallace got us a ride with no down payment so i thank him and Premier Chevrolet lifting my worries off my shoulders
