  Jesse Alvarado had helped my parents refinance their home. I recommended him to my brother in-law to refinance his home as well and my brother in-law in-turn went with Jesse to purchase his new home. When it was time for my wife and I to purchase our first ever home, I didn't think twice about who to go to. Jesse guided us through every step of the way.   This was our first time buying a home so we were very nervous and had so many questions. It was so wonderful working with Jesse Alvarado. He is very professional and very personable as well.   Jesse Alvarado helped me with the sale of my property, the purchase of my new property, as well as the loan for my new home. I was hesitant at the beginning since I did not have a second place to stay at and the sale of my property had to be contingent upon me finding a new home. Everything went according to plan and Jesse made sure of it. Jesse went the extra mile to appease my worries. I strongly recommend him and his company to anybody looking to sell, buy, or service their loans. He had helped me in the past refinancing my old loan and I can tell you his prices are the lowest! I recommended him to my aunt and she used him for her refinance as well. He even gave me a gift when he gave me the keys of my new home.

  Nestor was very easy to get a hold of and was also communicative through our loan process. He first walked us through our loan options and answered all of our questions before we left our meeting. On top of that, he helped us close our purchase in 21 days! We let him know that our lease was about to expire so he made sure that we closed before the month’s end. We wouldn’t have been able to do so without him and the help of his processor Marvely. We’re very thankful that our realtor referred us to Nestor and Premier Wholesale Mortgage! Highly recommended!

  If you're looking to work with a loan officer on a refinance or purchase that is reliable, knowledgeable, responds timely, and gets the process done quickly - Charles and his team are for you. I worked with Charles to refinance of my home. Charles put together an interactive worksheet that compared their offer against other competitors. The worksheet was a great tool when comparing options. After submitting my paperwork, I received conditional approval from the lender in ONE DAY. From there, it was smooth sailing to close. This was my first refinance and he made sure I was comfortable and took the time to respond to all questions that I had (and I had a lot). On top of that, his responses were timely and he communicated with me every step of the way to make sure I was looped in on progress. I would wholeheartedly recommend Charles and PWM for all buys whether you are purchasing or refinancing as a first-time buyer/borrower or an experienced buyer. They make the process easy, and smooth. Not to mention, he was able to offer the lowest rate on the market. I can't recommend Charles and the folks at PWM enough.

  As a first time home buyer, I was struggling to find a good loan agent. That’s when I met Edgar Ayala at an open house and I immediately knew I had to work with him. He offered me a great rate, provided me with exceptional customer service and was very professional. I also really appreciated receiving regular calls/texts from him as he would provide me with updates. Most importantly, what he quoted me was what ended up being my final numbers. Moreover, throughout the escrow process, I was in regular contact with Veronica Amaya (Ioan processor). She is sooo amazing and I believe she is well deserving of a raise. There were a lot of kinks in my process and I had a lot of questions, but she was there to help walk me though them all. I may add that has great attention to detail and she works well under pressure while still being responsive and super sweet!! Thank you Veronica and Edgar, you guys are truly the best.
