  I visit this branch on Monday and honestly this is hands down the best branch. I’ve been to a few from North Port to Fort Myers and this has been the most professional out of them all. Manager Steven is very professional and his staff is also very amazing. I moved away from this branch but I always stop by and say hello when I’m in the area as they treat me very well. They can help you with any of your banking needs as they help my mother set up an account swiftly and easily. I would recommend this branch 10/10

  Steven P was absolutely wonderful to work with. He was on top of everything and made my visit to Suncoast stress free and straightforward. I would absolutely recommended anyone to work with him. He has a pleasant, friendly and kind personality. Great job and thank you.

  Alexandra Fesender was a great help! Every time I come in she has great energy and is very informative with what is going on with my accounts. She provides me with great detail about other services that I can benefit and help me. She is definitely a leader and an asset to your company. She should have her own branch or something. I thought she was the manager. That’s how efficient and knowledgeable she was. I’m so happy I switched over to Suncoast from Bank of America. Thank you Alexandra!!! Keep up the great work!

  The young ladies at this branch are rock stars. They are friendly, polite and very knowledgeable. After I made my deposit I was ask if there was anything else she could do.. I love the fact I was treated like family and not like ai was a bother. Great job🤗🌹

  I had the absolute best service I’ve ever had so I just had to write a review. Steven Patino was the kindest, most patient banker I’ve ever had help me. The quality service was outstanding. Kudos to this location for the amazing staff and service!

  I was behind a woman at Suncoast Credit Union at 375 Kings highway Port Charlotte, and I presume she was in there to get a new debit card (I came in after her and only pieced this together based on what I saw since I was there). Anyway, they went into the back to get her a new debit card, and because of difficulties with the machine they were back there for 10 minutes rather than the two they told her it was going to take. She grew very impatient and actually stepped behind the teller desk to knock on the office door they went into. After knocking several times, Alexander came out from the back and told her very politely they were having technical difficulties with the machine. She was not very understanding and threw a fit and stormed out. I was just there for a deposit and it took me less than 5 minutes. I didn't have any issues, and Alexander was very helpful and friendly.

  Alexander Ayala, is a great advocate, was able to help me open a personal account while managing heavy traffic and not letting people be held up by time! Clearly a hard worker and a great help with understanding how my account works

  I didn't originally know there was a branch inside the Walmart but every single time I've visited this particular branch, I've had the most exceptional service I've ever received from Suncoast. Steven Patino and both Alex's solidified my intention to remain a Suncoast member.   I have been a member here since I was in high school and I can honestly say I had the best experience with Steven and Alexandra at the port charlotte Walmart branch, they both worked together to find me the best solution to all of my problems and now I am on the road to complete financial freedom!
