  I recently worked with Premier Mortgage Lending on a refi of my primary residence. I had excellent support from Spencer Chapman and Amy Bevilaqua. Hands down they provided the best service and support compared with other lending institutions that I have dealt with in the past. Working with Spencer and his associates now on refi for my other property. Would definitely recommend PML for your home purchasing or refinance lending.

  I worked with Spencer Chapman on the refinance of my mortgage, and he did an excellent job walking me through the process. He was very patient with my MANY questions as well as with my hesitant nature in the beginning of the process. I would recommend Spencer to anyone who is looking to refinance!

  Mike and the team at Premier Mortgage Lending are the absolute best when it comes to buying a home! Mike helped me buy my house back in 2016, I was self-employed at the time so my scenario was a little more complex than typical homebuyers. When I called Mike he took the time to help me figure out my best options and he guided me all the way to the closing table a couple of months later when I was ready to buy my house! PML's process made everything super easy for me and their communication throughout the entire process was excellent. I was so impressed by Premier Mortgage Lending's winning team and when I saw a post in 2017 that they hiring I immediately inquired about the opportunity and now I'm happy to say that I am a member of their team! I can honestly say Mike's the best at what he does, he's always looking out for his clients, in fact he just refinanced me when he saw the opportunity to lower my rate and monthly payment!!

  If I could rate this company less than 1 … I would. Zero stars. Terrible communication, worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Use someone else, literally, anyone else.

  Premier Mortgage Lending made all of my families dreams come true! Andrew and his knowledgeable team were always a step ahead, and made sure everything that needed to be done was done effortlessly. We began before the COVID pandemic, worked together through it and closed at the peak of the pandemic. With so much uncertainty in our world, my daughters and I closed on our dream home 2 weeks ago.
