Elliane MacConvery1Save yourself the stress and heartache and AVOID THIS CREDIT UNION LIKE THE PLAGUE. This has been the single worst experience I have ever had with a bank in my life. We have had issues for months now with them ILLEGALLY WITHHOLDING OUR MONEY. The first time it took it two weeks of having NO ACCESS TO ANY OF OUR MONEY and complaining multiple times a day for them to finally inform us it was actually our own fault for not filling out a form that they didn't tell us about. No email, no call, and no mention of it during the weeks prior that we had been trying to resolve it. Then for the second time during our holidays season they withheld our money and we spent two weeks going in to get it resolved. It still hasn't been and we've been forced to close our account and find another bank AND STILL HAVE NO ACCESS TO OUR MONEY. They have singlehandedly ruined our holidays. We will be filing a federal complaint.

mihai D1Unsatisfactory and behind the times service. I have been a long time customer and have been thinking about switching credit unions. The tellers and employees are rather cold and impersonal and have no regard for client confidentiality (the latter translates into a form of incompetence). I have had a teller yell out my social security number and/or bank number on a number of different occasions (she was verifying if my account number I had written down was correct). I complained about said situation and the same teller started treating me poorly and staring me down each time I came in not making me comfortable in going in here. There is not an ATM machine at this location, so if I wanted to withdraw money I would have to go in person and deal with surly employees. I have also made simple request to have my address changed permanently and despite outreaching to the main office by phone and going in person, my address was not changed and my bank statements continued to go to my previous address (for months thereafter, it took me three calls and two in person visits to just have my address changed in the system). I feel like everything takes forever to look into and the attitude of the employees here are over relaxed (hello? This is my money, my personal information, and resources that control my livelihood and the employees and staff seem to overlook major mistakes that reflect the latter). I am currently shopping for a home loan and will not be shopping for a home loan here as a Premier has proven to be incompetent. Advice to management---your employees make a difference and reflect your credit union and how your credit union is viewed, if your employees on the front line, treat your customers poorly, mismanage personal information and make mistakes effecting one's bank account, or cannot follow-up to said mistake, customers lose trust and will go somewhere else. Do you realize how much marketing goes into retaining one customer?

S M.1Due to my negative experience here, I switched credit unions. If you have an account request, it will take forever to have someone follow up with you. The tellers have been less than friendly and the manager is just as bad. I would not recommend this bank if you need something to happen in a timely manner and if you have a question regarding your account. There is not an ATM here.

Cassandra Maffey5Best place to bank in Boulder. Monika runs a tight ship and goes above and beyond with customer service. While I’ve had terrible experiences with the main branch on Arapahoe that made me consider moving banks, this great little neighborhood branch has totally changed my mind. The service here is more personalized and on-point than any other bank I’ve experienced. Highly recommend!

yoo hoo1Negative stars Do not do businesses with this credit union!!!! Recently a family member was having financial difficulty, needless to say car was reposed. Instead of towing it somewhere close, ( Loveland, Greeley area) you have it towed to the other side of Denver. Paid the $750 ( with help) to get it out, but when arrived to pickup wuas told you needed to install a GPS location device and was told it would take two days, in the mean time he is being charged another $250 for storage and you're ignorance. It's obvious this person didn't have the money to begin with and you idiots keep charging more. All Premier Credit Unions are included. I understand why some branches get 2.9 out of 5 rating,gof course all branches have very low ratings. Pathetic. I also see you mainly only response to positive feedback

Vinc Duran5I love the modern, predictable hours since the merger! This location now has a modem ATM outside too. You can deposit checks and cash together for instance. The ATM is on the East side of the building facing Broadway in a little niche.

Bryan Simpson4I like the little branch, but that's mostly because of the employees and it's close to my home. I am requesting management above the branch level, get them a DAMN ATM now! and the ability to print debit cards now! Stop the excuses! Its actually a little embarrassing to tell visitors, NO! you can use the ATM at my bank. It doesnt have one?!! Slapping you up side the head!! FIX IT

Eric Schulz5PMCU, unlike other banks and even some credit unions, does A TON for the Boulder County community by working with many different nonprofit charitable organizations. I love that my money is recycled, not only to other community members through loans and mortgages, but into local charitable organizations as well as they serve the least advantaged of my fellow community members. PMCU has an ethic of community like none other and I've lived and banked in Boulder since 1983. Thank for caring PMCU!
