Richard Quintana1It has been the worst experience. Changing my account and adding things I didn't need all because they can't check their email. Now they raised my payment double it was last month. Would not recommend can't wait to refinance my car to somewhere else.

Jon Landtiser5I’ve been to several branches, but this one the most because it’s closest. They are helpful, their app allows for remote deposit, and the mutual service agreement with other credit unions has been extremely helpful. I don’t have the greatest credit and they gave me a decent size car loan and have been extremely flexible with payment due dates and whatnot due to covid. Beats any bank I’ve ever used by a significant amount.

S Mc5Im very happy with Premier and the many options and ease of access to my online banking. When the merger 1st occurred there were some challenges but Premier was quick to respond to those concerns, address and remedy them. Great customer service as well!!

Krissie Skjold5Honestly don't know why everyone gives this bank bad reviews. I have had nothing but great service from this bank. I originally joined this bank when I had my car loan through them before they even had a Pueblo location. I wished they would open here and was very pleased when they did. I switched all of my banking to here because I got tired of the bs at my other bank. Everyone here has been super helpful and nice to work with in person and online.

Anita Cofer1Not throwing the race card, however this Credit Union is obviously not the best choice for people of color. Over a two year member, with a 689 credit score, they have denied three different loans that I've applied for. An auto refinance that's never had a late payment, a mortgage loan, and a commercial loan. All three were denied. I've had all my direct deposits going here and still can't get the financial assistance I need as a member. Once I redirect my direct deposits, I'll be parting ways with this Credit Union! It's so unfortunate

Dani Sunshine1I wish I had a positive thing to say about this establishment, but I do not. I have been with them for years and have had nothing but negative experiences for the last three or so of those years. Customer service is absolutely horrible and it seems like it’s impossible to get anything done. I’ve submitted paperwork in regards to my auto loan and they have lost it not once, not twice, but three times. Despite this, I have been exceedingly patient. When they discovered that it was their own error, an apology was not forthcoming and instead I was met with condescension and derision. For me, that was the last signal I needed that it’s time to change financial institutions. I would not recommend this credit union to anyone.

Elizabeth Lashare1Just opened my first car loan and there taking my money and not applying it to my account, from what I have added up they are applying $45 dollars out of my $795 payment. Try to call and no one answers then they go and add a $6,000 dollar insurance policy on my account when I have my own full coverage insurance and sent them proof . I do not trust this credit union and do not know what to so since it is a new loan????

bonnie duran5I have done business with this company for 41 years including regular accounts, mortgage and car loans. Business was GREAT in the past, however now have a new CEO over the past year or so, and service has unfortunately diminished tremendously. Far less staff, extremely poor response to phone calls, late making night depositories (2 business days later). Discussed my issues with CEO yesterday who basically blew me off stating he was not going to address any of my concerns, despite my sincerely loyalty to the CU and tellers. Basically said bottom line was making a profit. They recently lost at least 2 high level staff members who I have done business with for 10 to 40 years. Such a shame. I asked the CEO if he had read the reviews on line, (we all seem to say the same thing over and over) and he admitted he had, but had no feedback as to any quality improvement suggestions. I will con't for a little bit longer here, see if any improvements are made, (such a pain to change CU after 41 years when you know all the tellers, and they are so sweet!) however it is currently so hard to con't to do business with this establishment. If things improve, and I receive an apology, I will gladly rewrite my review. FYI, I HAVE RARELY EVER WRITTEN A NEGATIVE REVIEW ON ANY BUSINESS, and PREVIOUSLY WOULD HAVE CLEARLY GIVEN THEM A 5 STAR RATING. Oct. 29, 2021. REVISED AND EDITED ABOVE REVIEW. ALL of my above concerns have been addressed. They are checking the nightly depository within 1 hour of opening. More options are available through this Credit Union than were previous. They answer the phones VERY PROMPTLY. I have not had to leave a message for them to return my call, AND they take the time to remedy the concern over the phone the first time, without having to call you back. EXTRA SPECIAL KUDOS to DEBBIE M. regarding a transaction history for a medical bill that was already paid. Debbie was very kind, very knowledgeable, and patient. She not only found the paid transaction that was 6 months ago, but also took the time to "show me" over the phone how to find the transaction and print it for the medical billing company. DEBBIE YOU ABSOLUTELY MADE MY DAY!!!! VERY SPECIAL THANK YOU!!!!

Karen Herrera1I currently have a auto loan with this bank. When it comes to making my payment, it doesnt matter how I pay, the app, calling it in or even in person, they charge me to make a payment. Sometimes, depending on the way I pay, I am charged up to $15 to pay them their own money! The one time I went to pay it in person, I got a teller that was so rude she didnt even tell me my balance when I had to pay partial with my debit card and I had cash for the other. She made me pull out my own calculator because she couldnt be bothered to tell me how much left over I had to pay in cash. Then, 3 weeks later, I get a letter in the mail stating that my loan payment is past due $0.65 and they demading that we submit that NOW. Really? Couldnt even just tack it on to my next payment. This is a horrible bank and cant wait to refinance so we dont have to deal with them.

Mariana Restrepo1Absolutely the worst bank I’ve ever had to deal with. Literally everything they tell you they do the opposite of what you are told. I would never recommend this bank to anyone. I’m stuck with them because of a loan but once that is paid off that will be the last time I ever do business with these people. Horrible customer service and they don’t keep their word at all.
