  After reading the reviews I went against my better judgment and decided to give them a chance because the man on the phone seemed friendly and I live nearby. I would tell you every little detail about my terrible experience but it's too much to write so I will get straight to the point. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! The woman agent was not helpful, knowledgeable or friendly. I ended up going to another insurance agency and they had me out the door in 20 minutes with the best rate I could've asked for! So I guess it all worked out in the end😊 This is why you should always read the reviews!

  Honestly , I love them. They aren’t looking to screw you over and give you the best price possible! They’re truly a life saver ! Best in town and I ALWAYS recommend them!

  Called numerous times to get a qoute they started they were extremely busy and would give me acall back and never did.i wanted to switch back to them from state farm because the first time i was with them they were very reasonable, friendly and I recommend them to others. Guess since i can't get a response iwill stay with state farm.

  We were treated with respect for a place of business it was very nice and friendly. All of our questions were answered and we also had time in between time for leasure conservation, a very good experience.

  I called this insurance company for a quote and the lady that answered started yelling to another person WHILE I WAS ON THE PHONE then as she was taking my information she was literally smacking gum in my ear, I had to repeat myself a few times, after my last name was spelled she asked if it ert on the end I said no and she sat quietly waiting for more and said is that it? If I wanted to add on more to my last name I wouldn’t have stopped and Maybe if she wasn’t smacking gum in my ear she would’ve heard what I was saying!! Very unprofessional I wanted to hang up the moment she continued smacking gum in my ear like it was no big deal!!! Disgusting!!
