  I've been a Member since 2020. Never had an issue. Very friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend Premier Credit Union to anyone in Iowa.

  There are too many steps you need to do to refinance a car. Two office visits at least plus some phone calls and documents uploads with your insurance and/or title. It is simply not worth it. I will not recommend refinance a car with them even their rate seems lower. You will waste a lot of time in the process and your personal information will leak to different third party agences (they claim it is safe though but they will not tell you this before you start) when you uploading insurance, e-sign your loan contract etc.

  Loan officer was very professional and easy to work with. No nonsense and quickly processed my application. During covid I was able to refinance my home at a much lower rate and the process was easy and painless. It is a small town rural business and a few of the people they hire for the teller positions could be a little more courteous and professional. The rates are competitive but could be better. I haven't found a better bank in the area. Would highly recommend anyone that is tired of fees to switch to what I consider to be common sense banking.

  I needed to get a new vehicle after someone totaled my car. I found a vehicle that worked for me and was referred to PCU from my insurance agent. I found them GREAT to work with, fast, friendly, and not only did I get an awesome rate, but I built a new banking relationship for future services. Thanks Premier Credit Union and Doug J for making it so easy!

  i have been a member since 2000 and evryone is always so helpful either on the phone or in person !
