  I have removed my negative review after talking to the manager, Pam. She was very helpful and immediately cleared up my concerns. She treated me like a friend and not a customer! Thank you, Pam R.! The staff is very friendly, also! I appreciate that!

  Bad experience bank manager thought I altered a legal paper from the courts .then they kept on giving some Bs about a joint account I tried to open up .if it wasn't for the good service I get at the canfield branch .i would close my account with them .

  Great location nice area good service friendly people quick response but the surrounding parking lot needs some serious work it's become a Hazzard
