  I just talked to a real estate agent from Howard Hanna she was very rude disrespectful and did not want to even spend time and said I don’t know her very very rude I would never recommend Howard Hanna I would never buy a house from anybody from Howard Hanna

  The Canfield office is a fun place to work and do business. The agents are knowledgeable and tech-savvy. There is always a lot of activity going on as the space is large and open. The Managing Broker is very helpful and the Loan officers and Staff all make the visit a most welcome experience. If you are looking to buy or sell in Canfield or surrounding areas, you cannot beat the Howard Hanna Canfield office!

  Tried to leave a review for a specific realtor that works in this office through the Testimonial Tree service you follow up with... but every time I click yes... it doesn't ask a specific question, it just says "Thank You" for the testimonial. The last thing I want is something putting words in my mouth for a good experience. We did not have a positive experience on either side. It was painful as a seller - especially since our realtor WAS a personal friend and said she'd do us a favor, but instead tricked us into listing our house with her and never gave us back the money she verbally promised us. She didn't show our house, take pictures, write up the listing description, negotiate the sale, etc- we did it all ourselves since we'd intended to sell it as a For Sale By Owner. She pushed us to sign paperwork saying the seller of the house we wanted to buy from wanted something in writing, but that she'd cut us back most of her commission - she just had to include a set percent due to the insurance or something. Then, the office hosed up how and when we'd get the money from the sale and made extra work getting it all sorted out. On the buying side it, it was also a cluster - closing dates got messed up, we had to "rent" our new house, etc. We had only bought/sold 1 house in our lives so we weren't sure what to expect and there was a lot of finger pointing. When it was all said and done - we felt taken advantage of. This is almost a year later and it's still upsetting to think about. If Marni Andrews would do this to someone she knows, I'm sure she'd do it to people she doesn't. I would not recommend Howard Hanna in Canfield and I would tell anyone looking for a realtor to stay away from Marni.

  I'm giving you one star because you hire racists. Hank Fiorini works at this office and Hank has a friend Ricky Strickland on Facebook and they post the most vile things about minorities. I mean disgusting and hateful I'm going to make it my mission to let all know in your area about it. If you are a minority do not do business here. They do not want your business. I'm

  They knowingly list houses over market and waist your time and money on appraisals and when you wont buy the house for over market they will just list the house again for the same price again and do the same to the next victims thanks for wasting 505 dollars of mine guys be aware they know for a fact after I payed for an appraisal and just re list the dang house again same exact price 10k more then it would aprase for also sandy beach is terrible
