  I used to rave about how amazing this bank was. Not anymore! My account was closed without my knowledge over my savings account being $15 in the negative. I live 7.5 hours away from the closest branch and was advised the only way they could help me is if I drive there or mail in a deposit. They will not allow me to go to a shared banking location 15 mins from my house. Nor restore my app long enough to do a mobile deposit. I’ve never been so amazed by smart*** responses and the lack of effort by a team. Now I’m on the fence of whether to make the account right or walk away and say good riddance! “One of the employees said to me, “It was your choice to open account so far away from you”. Seriously, what an embarrassment to the company.

  Montana was so extremely helpful and was able to refinance all my loans with great interest rates! I have decided to do all my banking with 717! Would recommend to anyone! Wonderful Customer Service by all Associates!

  Great bank, great employees and always a smooth and easy transaction with all my banking needs. I’ve done multiple loans here and it’s always explained clearly , efficiently and quickly! Couldn’t ask for anything more!

  717 is great to work with. I was able to share all of my information with them electronically. They were very friendly, helpful on the phone and accommodating to my needs. They also have the best loan rates in town. I highly recommend doing business with them.

  Went to the Canfield SSCU branch and the manager (Martin) was extremely helpful, patient and kind! Overall, the branch was extremely clean, friendly environment and welcoming. I was greeted by another teller, as soon as I walked in. I will use this branch from now on to do my banking. I couldn’t of asked for a better experience, especially from Martin. I recommend this branch of SSCU to everyone!!

  717 contacted us about refinancing our auto loan. Jessica was very helpful and we were able to reduce our interest by 1/2 percent and short the time. Would recommend Jessica at the Canfield branch. Very satisfied.
