      Where can I start? I love this bank . From the first time I entered this facility the staff was very friendly (Alex, Daisy). Thank-you to Christina for hearing me out this Christmas season . We were blessed to be approved for a loan thanks to Juan and Zoila, that allowed us to have a wonderful Christmas with our kids now knowing we had one less headache to worry about .       It's just awful. They acquired my CU and everything has been horrible since. They boasted new technology and better customer service in order to justify their higher rates, but their technology sucks and their customer service is awful. Pulling my money out and investing in a minority owned bank.
