  I have been a long time client of AVL but only recently worked with Keri Nelson who was a pleasure to work with. She informed me of other insurance companies that AVL writes with and was able to save me money with a new company. She helped in explaining the coverage for both home and auto.   I've been with AVL since I got my license. It's been a long time I assure you. I stayed with them when I bought my first house and all the other ones after including rental properties. Holly and Doreen are the best. They are always quick to respond and always get me forms and documents when I need them for any reason. I would and have recommended to anyone who could use their services. They are great!

  I’m a new and happy client of Andrews & Van Lohn. I found AVL online, liked their longevity in the insurance business, and was pleased to see so many good substantive reviews. Backstory: I had condo and EQ policies for 15+ years with a different agency that grew complacent and indifferent over time, and I was overdue for a change. I tried finding a new agency (one never responded, another couldn’t help because my condo isn’t easy to insure), and my search led me to AVL. AVL reps for the same carrier that insured my condo and are local, so I contacted AVL online and the next morning Angie Ramos contacted me. Angie quickly diagnosed I needed better coverage on both policies, and she patiently and diligently worked with me on getting better coverage. Within just a couple of days, and all by phone and email, with Angie’s help, I replaced my existing poor coverage with new and better policies. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend AVL and especially Angie Ramos.
