  Before anything, I’d like to say that Frank is one awesome human individual that cares about his customers before anything else. Frank and my self just happened to be in the marines and even in the same unit which was pretty awesome! When it came to using my VA loan he was more than knowledgeable and was able to provide answers for every question I had in regards to using it. With his expertise it made the paperwork process easy! When it came down to choosing a house he tailored the houses to those of my liking and never put pressure on me to make a decision. I believe we looked at properties for about 7-8 months , so you know he’s very patient. For being a first time buyer Frank made this process a whole lot easier than what I thought it would be. I would recommend Frank to my friends and family in a heart beat.

  Frank and Julia are an outstanding team, they will not steer you wrong. My Fiancé and I are first time homebuyers, so the entire process was truly an eye-opening experience. There were times it was a bit overwhelming and nerve wracking, but they stayed committed to our search right along with us. They really break it down and make it easy to understand. Their patience for all of our million questions we had, their assistance, guidance, and insight on the market and the home buying process were truly invaluable. They didn't just help us look for houses but also gave us advice on what to look for, keeping their eyes open on homes that fit to our liking. Paid attention to small details around the house, pointed out items that may potentially be an issue. We were very impressed, and they really made an impression on us. When things seemed to not go our way, Frank got creative and positive to seal our home bid. They were the best advocates for us to ensure we would find not just any home but the right home that we could be happy living in. We are truly grateful for what they helped us accomplish in finally becoming homeowners. Working with Frank and Julia was phenomenal, they were tenacious, excellent, and gracious. I highly recommend anyone to use their services, it will be one of the best decisions to make when buying a home.

  I have to thank Frank once again for his outstanding support and efforts on my home refi. He quickly gave me several loan options to choose from, noted the lowest available rate and quickly locked it in for me. He kept the process moving quickly and kept me informed every step of the way, continually kept me updated, providing timelines and an estimated closing date.
