  We are entirely thrilled to have the Rob O’Malley team from Preferred Rate to help draw up our loan for our new home! We’ve worked with a bunch of folks from his team; Rob himself, Lindsay, Jacquelin. . .just to name a few! Getting financed for a new home is extremely difficult. It has to be. It is a long term commitment between you and your lender. There was an unimaginable amount of documents that we had to scan, print, sign, PDFs, bank statements, 401K statements, etc. I have nightmares at night with all of these paperwork lol! With that said, everyone in Rob’s team help provide guidance throughout the way. They were extremely patient with us, and was transparent about every single line item in the quotes provided to us. Going through the process of getting a home loan was pretty stressful, however, I’ve learned a thing or two about the different types of mortgages, how they work, how escrow accounts work, etc. It’s better this way as understanding what goes on behind the scenes of this process gives me a greater appreciation of the loan and the lender themselves. Not only did Rob’s team provide us guidance in exactly what was needed for the loan to move forward, they made things happen that we couldn’t even imagine having (like an increase in our loan amounts, as just one example). I definitely will recommend Rob’s team over at Preferred Rate/APM to others looking for a new home loan. I also really like the little email updates with videos in terms of what stage the loan is in. It’s a heart wrenching wait for the loan to finally close…those email updates really help assure us that the gears are still in motion, even if we don’t hear from them for a while in terms of updates.   I recently did a home loan with summit funding, it was the best experience I could have had. I worked with Peggy Ann to do my home loan. She made it so easy and stress free. I couldn't of asked for better service. She's a wonderful lady and always helped with any questions I had. She always returned my calls. If I had to do the whole process again, I would only go through it with Peggy Ann and summit funding

  Richard Thierry and his team made my 1st time home owning experience stress less. He was well informed, thorough, did not mind answering the same question more than once, answered questions I needed to have asked. The office was very welcoming, my name was on a big screen monitor with a welcome, as I was offered a variety of snacks and beverages. The office staff was friendly and very well dressed.   Debra and her team are awesome! If you're in the market for a lender please look no further. With Debra's help I recently purchased my first home. Her knowledge of the business is amazing. She made things as easy as possible during a process that can be mentally challenging. I know there's plenty of choices to choose from when deciding on a lender, but if you're looking for a lender who's going to treat you like family and not like a transaction, and help you close on your property sooner than later-you've found her!   I recommend Peggy from Summit Lending to anyone looking for a home loan. I just closed my loan within 21 days. She was very receptive to all of my questions, she was always there when I needed to call her at any time for clarification about the entire lending process. She is especially helpful to first time homebuyers who need to understand the entire financial aspect and emotional aspect of buying a house.
