  I don't usually post reviews but felt compelled to now due to the excellent services I received from the "One Brokerage" and specifically from Allen Marshall. These people are fantastic, honest, hardworking folks doing everything they can to get you the best deals and to close as fast as possible. They're also able to handle and troubleshoot very complex situations that arise and are incredibly responsive by phone/email/text. Would recommend to a homebuyer or investor in a heartbeat!

  Randall has by far been the greatest lender I have worked with. He helped with my parents refinance, has helped multiple clients of mine, and helped me close my first investment property. Great in communication with what is needed and definitely knows how to assist his clients. Super helpful and would recommend him for all your lending needs!

  Randall was such so helpful from beginning to end. Guided us into what was needed for our refinance and made it possible for us. He was there when we needed him and my husband and I both enjoyed working with him. After the refinance, he helped us strategize on how to use the equity earned to buy a new investment property. Definitely recommend working with him!

  I have gone through the process of getting a mortgage 5 other times in my life. Each time I have always been so relieved when it was finally over. Working with Braydin was exactly the opposite. He and his team made the process so easy. He was so responsive, proactive, creative, honest and supportive that I was sad to say goodbye when my mortgage closed. I will not be going anywhere else for mortgages. Ever. He is the best!

  I can’t begin to express our gratitude towards One Brokerage, and more specifically to Allen Marshall. We are at a loss for words at how attentive, supportive and determined Allen was when helping us purchase our first home. Even before we began the process of looking for homes, Allen was always available to answer all of our questions in order to better prepare us for the rigorous process that is home buying! When we ran into some difficulties, Allen stepped in and came to our rescue, explained every nuisance of the process, and basically did everything in a very short amount of time. If I could compare this service for a better understanding for those who have yet to purchase a house: It was like staying at the Ritz Carlton, and being upgraded to the presidential suite for the best experience, ever. We will definitely use One Brokerage, and will specifically ask for Allen to help us with ALL home purchasing inquiries.

  Highly recommend! Braydin and his team were awesome! We wanted to do a 1031 with the sale of another property so we had to push back closing. They were patient and worked with us so that we could purchase our new property using the funds from our 1031 exchange. Will definitely use them again for our next purchase!

  Nick Velez is an incredible lender. As an investor and investor realtor, it is important to me to surround myself with investor lenders as well because they know and speak the language of an investor. Nick was super professional and knowledgable throughout and made himself available whenever I needed something from him. He is a top performer and my experience working with him was tremendous!

  The One Brokerage is the best brokerage I’ve ever worked with. They are extremely knowledgeable, helpful and professional. They walked me through the process from start to finish and helped me get an amazing rate. I highly recommend them.
