      I came in with a long list of requests: help with a recent mortgage refinance, help with merging two accounts with different primary account holder names, help with the mobile app, help with an expired card, help with auto bill pay... I was a problem. Anna L never even hinted to any impatience as she spent 45 minutes sorting out every question I had and always suggesting the next step to go beyond my immediate questions and ensure I was well prepared to manage ongoing concerns. I could not possibly have asked for friendlier or more knowledgeable assistance.

      Like a home away from home, this is my 'preferred bank'! Professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Quick, personable service. Monica reached into her purse and traded one of my quarters for her 2022 Maya Angelou quarter for my little girl's quarter collection. Just above and beyond!
