  This is the second time that we have used Bobbie and her team. As always they were professional throughout. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they answered calls and emails promptly - even after hours and at weekends. The whole process was seamless - thank you.   Shawn is outstanding! An excellent loan officer and a great person to work with. Shawn was prompt, professional, and courteous. He was patient and thorough answering all of my questions. He kept the ball rolling and the process was completed in the time frame promised. Shawn did an excellent job! I would definitely recommend him to anyone! Thank you for everything Shawn!

  VanDyk Mortgage and Corey Hill were awesome to work with. This is my 4th time getting a mortgage, and I dreaded the process because I knew how awful it is. Corey and his team made it so easy and painless! They were in constant communication with me and reviewed documents quickly so I knew right away if they needed more information. This was by far the quickest, most painless process I have ever been through!

  VanDyk was slightly more expensive than an alternative quote we got, but, our loan officer Teo Pfister provided such personal and attentive service that we decided to go with her. She took a personal interest in our loan case, was available at all times to respond to questions and ensure we were comfortable with the process. We also really appreciated her being very forthcomming and transparent with all costs etc to ensure there were no surprises for us. Finally, when our circumstances changed, she worked really hard to come up with a solution with minimal impact for us. Highly recommend.

  Angela Hart from Vandyk Mortgage is an outstanding loan officer . She is very diligent , professional and very attentive to details during the whole process . We had a great experience working with her . Very patient and always made sure we were on the same page. If I ever buy another property or refinance it , she’s the one I will call for help.

Carrie never missed a beat, ensuring our customer felt comfortable and informed about the mortgage process.   My wife and I are first-time home buyers and Michelle Whitley -- along with the entire team at VanDyk Mortgage -- were incredible the whole way through. Michelle in particular was a calming presence in what can be a tumultuous and stressful process.
